These Subscription Terms and Conditions "Annual Subscription Plan" govern the use of subscription service as listed in the plan provided by Smart Service Inn Pvt Ltd. By subscribing to and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1.1. Subscription Plans: The Service offers various subscription plans, each with different features and pricing. You agree to select a subscription plan and pay the applicable fees.
1.2. Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
1.3. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will expire at the end of each subscription term unless you get renewed it prior to the renewal date. The renewal fee won’t be charged automatically to the payment method unless you proceed after or before expiry.
2.1. Authorized Users: Your subscription permits access to the Service for the number of authorized users specified in your subscription plan. You are responsible for ensuring that only authorized users access the Service and that they comply with these Terms.
2.2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers or networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
2.3. Data Protection: Company will handle your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://www.smartserviceinn.com/privacy-policy
3.1. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures specified by Company. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current subscription term.
3.2. Termination by Company: Company reserves the right to terminate your subscription and access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws as stated by the Constitution of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Service after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
