Job Description: 

  • Outdoor job from 9AM to 6PM with a hour visit in office for document submission and account updates
  • Need to work as per customer request and can plan accordingly
  • Need to work as per app notification and updates
  • Should correspond to call center admin related to day to day works
  • Should report teller admin regarding their account settlements regularly

Job Specification

  • SLC Passed (+2 Preferred)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Good in handling customer and mobile app
  • Good knowledge of location inside kathmandu valley
  • Two wheeler licence and two wheeler requried
  • At least 6 months experience is desirable but not a constraint 

Benefits:

  • Salary NRs 16000
  • Petrol allowances: Applicable as per location
  • Telephone allowances: Faciliated with official Sim cards
  • Maintenance Allowances: Once after six month of tenure of NRs 10,000
  • Insurance and others: Will not be provided by office for the first 6 month

  • Need to settle accounts of each transaction
  • Should report to Smart Collector regularly
  • Need to coordinate customer for any assistance
  • Assist the customer for any disputes, if arrised.

Job Specification:

  • Should be a legal entity with its own PAN or VAT certificates
  • Should have their own counter with internet and other facilities
  • Should be associated with any remitance company or with any financial institutions
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Good communication with customer handling skills
  • Good knowledge staff for transaction processing system
  • 2 year's experience is desirable but not a constraint 

Benefits:

  • 25% of the service charge or NRs 80 whichever is the minimum
  • Counter pick up and counter drop facilities

Job Description:

  • Collaboration with Smart Counter, Transport management office, Insurance office and Head office
  • Need to collect documents and cash collected by our Smart counter and deliver the same once the job is done
  • Need to coordinate with nearby transportation Management Office and Insurance Company assigned
  • Need to settle accounts of each transaction
  • Need to coordinate customer for any assistance
  • Assist the customer for any disputes, if arrised.

Job Specification:

  • Should be a legal entity and VAT registered or can be registered new one
  • Should have their own counter with internet and other facilities or can install a new one
  • One of the staff member or owner should be Masters qualified
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Good communication with customer handling skills
  • Good knowledge staff for transaction processing system
  • 2 year's experience is desirable but not a constraint 

Investment:

 

  • Tie up cost NRs 200,000 + VAT
  • Need to prepare and install flex or hoarding board for the respective counter
  • Office set up cost
  • Need to provide Bank Guarantee of NRs 500,000 or reference of a Socially responsible person
  • Local level registration and others, if required

Benefits:

Transaction based commision. The service charge will be distributed accordingly:

  • Smart Counter----------25%
  • Smart Partner-----------50%
  • Smart Service H/O-----25%

Smart Service Head office will provide the following to our Smart Partners:

  • Envelop for packaging
  • Label printer for sticker print
  • Label printer stickers
  • SMS to customer
  • Digital marketing expenses
