The company has following terms and conditions to provide the bluebook renewal service.

1) Customer need to make a regsitration through bluebook renew garaunuhos botton from the website.

2) Once registered customer will be called and confirmed for collection within same day or on the consecutive office day.

3) The orders not possible to connect or those not needed for the service or any reasons might be declined and email will be provided for the same, so customer should be careful to write the actual email ID.

4) Smart service is committed to process the order for collection as per customer request scheduling during office hours (9AM - 6PM). All the documents collected will be processed next day to tax office, but with verification of payment remaining and insurance documents. Customer having a valid insurance policy can send their policies and needed to make a new one donot have to bear any additional charges.

5) Any bluebook collected without insurance documents, payment not made completely or sum remaining unpaid of 1000 for bike and 5000 for car are subjected to hold and won't be processed till the complete payment or submission of insured documents.

6) Documents submitted to our smart counters would take one more additional day to process to tax office depending upon the situation and locarion.

7) All the documents collected from door needs 2-4 days to be deliered back and those collected at counters needs 3-5 days to be delivered once collected.

8) All the fines subjected within 3 days of collection are the responsibility of client unless ordered under urgent provisiom from the platform.

9) Customer can make scan pay once our collector reaches to the location or customer reaching to our smart counters and fills the details. We request to make online payment with the scan pay options at the time of collection in order to maintain transaction transparency. No additional charges are subjected for online payment purpose.

10) All the details of cash/bank transfered amount collected will be messaged to customer including vehicle registreation details through SMS, once collected. Customer need to verify their vehicle number and amount they have submitted while they provide the document to our staff or counters to avoid any inconvinence lateron.

11) Online support number will be messaged to the customer from which they can take the needed assistance during traffic checking. Incase of emergency dispatch of such bluebook, customer needs to bear a charge of NRs 200 but NRs 500 will be charged for dispatch of documents without renewal.

12) 10% direct discount on imsurance premium would be offered to our customer whoever purchase comprehensive insurance policy through us.
